Just some more sculpting from scratch without ref. ZBrush is a great tool to design characters from scratch, as you can create a character, make some screengrabs and then model it with the sculpted ref set in the background (images/jpgs),so you can better/refine the topology, export it into ZBrush again and make the model again.
